Dayton Garage Door Pros handles garage door repair, installation, and maintenance across Dayton and the Miami Valley. We are a local operation — Montgomery, Greene, Miami, and northern Warren counties — not a franchise routing your call to another state.
Garage door work has a reputation problem, and honestly a lot of it is deserved. The standard playbook is a cheap advertised service call, a tech who finds four things wrong, and a bill three times what you expected. We built this the other way: diagnose it properly, tell you what it actually needs, hand you a firm price, and let you decide without any pressure.
Most of what we do is unglamorous — springs, cables, rollers, sensors, openers. It is the same handful of failures over and over, and doing them well means showing up with the right parts, balancing the door properly afterward, and testing the safety reverse before we leave. That last one matters more than people realize.
The price you hear is the price you pay
You get a written number before any work starts. It does not change halfway through, and there is no "well, while we were in there" surprise at the end.
We tell you when not to buy something
If your opener needs a $40 gear instead of a $600 replacement, we say so. If a door can be repaired rather than replaced, we will tell you that too, even though it is the smaller ticket.

Springs we install carry a lifetime warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. Our labor is warrantied on top of that, and it is all written on your invoice.
